The European Commission Representation in Malta in collaboration with the European Parliament Valletta Office organised a discussion session. This session, under the chairmanship of the Honourable Speaker of the House of Representatives, featured a debate between secondary school children and the leaders of today, namely government ministers, opposition spokespersons, MEP Edward SCICLUNA (S&D) - who made the opening remarks of the debate - and MPs.  Six teams of school children aged between 14 and 15 made a short intervention on how we can address 'Poverty and Social Exclusion'. The school childrens' interventions were followed by replies from the leaders of today.
